Acton Nursing Service Wins Prestigious Award

The Acton Nursing Service was recently named a Top 500 Agency and a recipient of the HomeCare Elite award by OCS HomeHealth Care and DecisionHealth.
This is the second year the Acton Nursing Service has been identified as a HomeCare Elite agency (Top 25% of participating agencies) and the first time receiving the Top 500 distinction.
OCS HomeHealth Care evaluates agencies based on five domains of performance to determine those agencies in the Top 25% of the nation:
1. Quality of care
2. Quality improvement
3. Patient experience (HHCAHPS)
4. Process measure implementation
5. Financial performance
