Circle Furniture Honored by Home Furnishings Business

January 10, 2013 – Acton, MA: Massachusetts-based Circle Furniture (www.circlefurniture.com) is pleased to announce that they have been honored with two awards in the Second Annual Home Furnishings Business Power 50 Ranking. The HFB Power 50 Ranking, compiled and released by Home Furnishings Business Magazine (www.hfbusiness.com), is a comprehensive ranking that goes far beyond the industry standard of sales volume. The HFB Ranking, “takes into account retail sales volume, industry involvement, social media power through Klout scores, the popular vote,” and more.

Circle furniture’s two awards include one for social influence and one based on popular vote alone. Circle Furniture is honored to be ranked 21st among all furniture retailers in social influence, coming in just a few steps below nationwide industry heavyweights such as Restoration Hardware, and La-Z-Boy, and even edging out such noteworthy competitors as Ikea and American Signature.  With the popular vote ranking, Circle Furniture would like to thank the many participants who voted for team member Peggy Burns, bringing the company its second honor, a #8 ranking that places it above national competitors such as Ethan Allen and Crate & Barrel. “It’s a true honor to receive these awards,” says Burns. “We’re all very proud of our dedicated team and pleased to be ranked in such good company.”
