The Town of Acton invites you to observe Veterans Day on Sunday at 10:45 a.m. on the Acton Center Town Common. Please note that the date in the Beacon was a misprint and that Acton's celebration will be on Sunday.

The ceremony will begin with the Acton Minutemen performing a musket salute. Jim Ettwein, head of the Acton American Legion, will preside as the master of ceremonies followed by speeches from James MacRae, Veteran Services Officer, and Selectmen Mike Gowing.

Parking will be available behind the Acton Center Fire Station and behind the Acton Town Hall.
