Nice to see our young women featured with our young men. Outcomes for women overall (in college and in their careers) are enhanced when women have been a part of team sports in high school. The outcome isn't always about athletic performance, because involvement in sports increases confidence, problem solving and leadership in young women which serves them well in life.
