Freshman Kati Goguen (Acton, Mass.) scored for the Crusaders as the Holy Cross women's ice hockey team suffered a 3-2 loss to Manhattanville on Sunday afternoon in Stamford, Conn. Goguen scored her team-high fourth power play and sixth overall goal of the season.
The nationally-ranked No. 2 Quinnipiac men's hockey team rolled to a 4-1 win against Cornell at Lynah Rink. Danny Federico (Acton, Mass.) picked up an assist in the win.
Elizabeth Belanger (Acton, Mass.) recorded a career-high 12 points, three rebounds and three assists in UNH's 67-45 America East victory against the University of Vermont at Lundholm Gymnasium.
The Springfield College men's basketball team knocked off WPI, the nation's second-ranked team, 66-60, on Sunday afternoon in Blake Arena in a NEWMAC clash. Sam Longwell (Acton, Mass.) had 2 points, 4 assists and a block in the loss.
