Acton Bowladrome Stabbing Case – Waiting for Surveillance Tapes
Acton Bowladrome surveillance tapes could play key role in case... if they worked.
Ryan Bedford, 23, Matthew Bedford, 20, and Hakeem Renelique, 22, stood in front of a Concord District Court Judge for their pretrial today, July 23, while their defense told the Judge that they filed for a motion to obtain surveillance footage at the Acton Bowladrome during the night of the alleged stabbing of Frank Dalli, 35, of Acton, on Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
The prosecution said they have access to the surveillance tapes but the footage is unable to to play.
On May 16, Acton police officer, Dean Keeler, told the court the police obtained the surveillance tapes (which are believed only to be footage of the inside of the Bowladrome) and were unable to play the tapes because of technical issues.
It was unknown today in court if the tapes are still experiencing technical issues.
It does not appear that their are any surveillance cameras on the outside of the Acton Bowladrome.
