Acton Man, Arlington Woman Arrested on Shoplifting Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A report of possible shoplifting received by the Acton Police Department on March 4 resulted in the arrest of two adults.
At about 4:41 p.m., officers were dispatched to KMart at 252 Main St.
After arriving and completing an investigation, responding officers arrested two adults and charged them with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
They are:
- Steven Charles McNeil, 24, of 16C Strawberry Hill Road, Apt. 20, in Acton.
- Kellie Marie O'Brien, 20, of 173 Spring Street, in Arlington.
The arresting officer was Ana Dapkas.

there case was dismissed cuz of the lack of evidence :) it was more of a pride thing. they just walked away and cops arrested them and realized they had nothing on them.
