A call to the Acton Police Department on Oct. 22 regarding a domestic situation ended with an Acton man being arrested.

Just before 4 a.m., a female called to report her boyfriend broke her bathroom door and smashed other items.

After Officer Todd McKelvie responded and completed an investigation, he arrested Karl Valerie Eveillard, 25, of 7 Wampus Ave.

Eveillard is charged with assault and malicious destruction of property (more than $250).

• A Great Road resident reported lareny of wheels/tires over night.
• Officers were dispatched to School Street for a report of a suspicious person. Someone was refinancing the house.
