There's no doubt the Town of Acton has a healthy variety of businesses.
If you check the Acton Patch business directory, you'll find everything from arts and entertainment to travel and transportation and everything in between.

food. food food food. there's a new family of restaurants opening on the North Shore (including Maggie's Farm, Alchemy, and many others) which are all doing amazing business. Creative food and great bars - Acton needs a restaurant like that. Its great that we now have Twin Seafood and Local Table - but would be nice to see some other modern options.

My kids are all wearing adult sized clothing and footwear now, but I often wonder, with Rugged Bear and Stride Rite gone, where parents are going when they need attire in a hurry. TJ Maxx's kids' section is hit or miss, although one can luck out there. I guess folks are trekking to the mall or ordering online (?)
