4. MAMA BALLROOM: This is an exciting group dance class for expectant and new mothers who believe in prenatal and postnatal fitness and want to have fun doing it. 

You will be introduced to the basic movements and patterns that are used in many dances. You will learn about music, enjoy dancing to a variety of styles, and start to strengthen your balance and core.

Class begins at 11 a.m. at First Parish of Sudbury, Unitarian Universalist. Cost is $10.

5. ODD HOLIDAYS HELD TODAY: Today is Extraterrestrial Abductions Day. Keep one eye on the sky. And, be ready to duck, dodge, and to hide. UFO's may be everywhere, looking to abduct humans. If you are not careful, perhaps they will find you. Of course, there are more than a few people out there who are looking to be abducted by aliens, so they can travel to another planet.
