Homeless Man Arrested in Acton on Multiple Warrants
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Acton Police Department arrested a homeless man on Oct. 19 after an investigation found he had three warrants out for his arrest.
Jonathan P. Lemay, 21, was found on 371 Main St. at noon by Officer Kevin Heffeman.
After Heffeman completed an investigation, Lemay was arrested to face charges of:
- Suspended license
- Breaking and entering
- Possession of a class B drug (ex: barbiturates, cannabis, codeine, among others).

- Officers responded to Willow Street where a woman stated threatening remarks took place.
- A Lothrop Road resident reported a larceny.
