Well, many of use were taken aback when we heard a major motion picture starting Kate Winslet, Josh Brolin and Jame Van Der Beek, directed by Jason Reitman, was going to be filming in Acton last summer.
In mid-May, Town Manager Steve Ledoux annouced a major motion picture was going to be filmed in Acton this summer – a production crew picked 12 Piper Road for the home of Kate Winslet's character and the acton Senior Center is going to be use for some scenes.
