C.T. Douglas Elementary Principal Chris Whitbeck always knew about the myth of the time capsule that the 1992 elementary school made but never knew he would stumble across it one day. As the story goes, each class from the 1992 school placed various items into a time capsule and tried to bury it on school property.

They never got around to actually placing it in the ground for whaterver reason but future generations always thought that it was just thrown away. That was until last summer when a custodian found it hidden deep in the basement.
