One Person Hospitalized After Being Struck by Car in Acton

The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

A motor vehicle accident on Oct. 31 on Massachusetts Avenue sent one person to the hospital.

Acton Police officers responded to the scene at 3:31 p.m. and found a woman who was struck by a car.

The woman was taken to Emerson Hospital with unknown injuries.

In other police news from Oct. 31:

  • A Hammond Street resident reported hearing noises in the downstairs portion of his house. Nothing was found.
  • An NSTAR employee reported that a male driving a car came up to her shining a flashlight in her window. The reporting party stated the man was going to cut the tape to a closed road. The man continued and drove through the closed area. The reporting party said the man stated he needed to go to work.
  • A resident on Charter Road reported a sexual assault.
  • A Massachusetts Avenue resident reported a forged money order.
