Paintball Shooting | Autism Mistaken for Intoxication | A&B On Officer

The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Paintball Shooting:

  • 8/17/12 – 11:20 p.m. – Parker Street: Someone reported a car drove by and shot paintballs at his car.

Safer Than Running With Scissors:

  • 8/18/12 – 1:44 a.m. – Arborwood Road: Someone reported a group running around with flashlights.

Late Night Swim:

  • 8/18/12 – 3:49 a.m. – Ledge Rock Way: Someone reported people swimming at NARA.

Mistaken:

  • 8/18/12 – 10:57 a.m. – Charter Road: Police received a report that possibly two intoxicated people were in the playground. Police responded and reported it was a teacher with an autistic man.

Looking for the Keys:

  • 8/18/12 – 10:21 p.m. – Great Road: Police received a report of a man in a parking lot looking for his keys that may be intoxicated. Police responded and arrested 40-year-old Christopher Condron, of Plymouth. Condron was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

acton is just ridiculous. people have to mind their own business. people calling about an autistic man in a playground and immediately calls the police saying he is intoxicated. pathetic. just pathetic.
