Il Forno is a family of restaurants with other locations in Fitchburg, Westboro and West Boylston. The restaurant specializes in brick oven pizza but additional offerings include homeade soups, appetizers, pasta, salads, fish and other seafood dishes. The mesquite wood brick oven makes for a unique pizza experience that is widely considered an art form. Il Forno is a BYOB establishment and in addition to traditional dining, catering is available.

This is one of the Best Italian restaurants! We are so fortunate to have it in our town. Quality of the food is excellent, portion sizes more than ample ( I get lunch the next day often) Waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Worth the wait ;which you will have many nights. BYOB is an added plus. If you have not tried it you are missing out!

Agree with Joan. Terrific food, great service. BYOB also cuts down on your bill quite a lot. We go about twice a month and we try to turn our friends on to the place as well. So far, everyone we bring there is impressed. Do NOT miss this hidden gem. Their Chicken Picatta...mm, mmm.

I live very close and it's very convenient, food has always been consistently good and like the fact that you can BYOB, does not break the bank. Service is very good and staff is very friendly.

I agree with the earlier commenters. We have had great meals here and often pick up take out. For one big party, I cooked most of the food but ordered Il Forno's eggplant rollatini, which was a hit.

This is a family favorite. The food is consistently excellent, as is the service, and most portions are large enough for 2 meals, which makes it an excellent value. The BYOB policy means you can bring a decent wine and not pay an arm and a leg for it. Oour favorite dishes - twin filet mignon, seafood Il Forno, but their specials are always intriguing.
