Court Date Set for Acton's Cub Scout Embezzlement Case
Kimberly and Kevin Clark's court date is set for April 6, 2012.
The court date for Kimberly and Kevin Clark, of 5 Paul Revere Road, Acton has been scheduled for April 6, 2012 at the Concord District Court. Judge Peter J. Kilmartin released the Clarks on personal recognizance from their original court date on March 9, 2012.
In September of 2011, the Acton police in Acton's Cub Scouts Packs 1 and 70 between the years of 2005-11. Kimberly was treasurer of the packs during that time and after the investigation, police charged her with larceny over $250 by single scheme and association officer embezzlement over $250.
Her husband, Kevin was charged with larceny over $250 by single scheme.

According to a statement from the Acton Police Dept, “during Kimberly Clark’s tenure as treasurer for both packs she made numerous withdrawals/drafts against both packs' checking accounts," the statement said. "These drafts were made in various forms; Checks made out to cash, checks made out to Kimberly for various reasons and checks made out to Kevin Clark.”
