VIDEO: Goward's Renovation Project
A group of concerned parents wants to raise money to build a safer Goward playground.
Steve Leo and Jana Cataldo formed the Friends of the Playground group in 2011 to address safety issues regarding Acton's Goward playground, located next to the Acton Memorial Library. The playground was built in 1995 and the Friends of the Playground believe the sight is in serious need of a renovation.
Their goal is to raise $100,000.00 and have the project completed by summer 2013.
