Newcommers Welcome!  The Great Discussions Book Group will meet on the following dates at 7:30 pm at the Acton Memorial Library, 486 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720, in the second floor conference room.  The phone number for the book club contact is 978-263-5956. For our first evening, we will be discussing The Last Van Gogh - Richman, Alyson , and also Labor Day by Joyce Maynard.

Here are the selected books for next year and their meeting dates. The second half of this list may change, as we have an active group of people reading various recommendations this summer. We will also discuss any changes at our first meeting.

Located next to the Town Hall, the Acton Memorial Library was given to the town in 1890 by William Allan Wilde, in honor of the Civil War Veterans. The library offers computers, free wireless access, and 132,000 books, 20,000 audiovisual materials, and 220 periodical catalogs.
