 ator Eldridge is one of the lead sponsors of Senate Bill 772\, &ldquo\;A
  Resolution Restoring Free Speech.&rdquo\; This resolution asks the Cong
 ress of the United States to send to the states a constitutional amendme
 nt that would limit the right of free speech to citizens\, not corporati
 ons. The public is welcomed to attend.
