A Preschool Fair, Meetings and More on Oct. 9 in Acton

1. Preschool Fair: At 7 p.m. Wednesday night at the  Green Meadow Elementary School in Maynard, preschools from Acton, Concord, Lincoln, Maynard, Stow and surrounding towns will be on hand to tell you about their programs and answer questions. Get the details here.

Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Oct. 9 include the Other Post Employment Benefits Working Group at 7 p.m. at RJ Grey Junior High, the Cemetery Commissioners at 2 p.m. at Town Hall, the Acton 2020 Committee at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, the Historic District Commission at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, the Historical Commission at 8 p.m. at Town Hall, the Morrison Farm Committee at 7:30 a.m. at Town Hall, the Acton-Boxborough Transitional School Committee at 7 p.m. at RJ Grey Junior High and the Acton-Boxborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council at 7:30 p.m. at the Administration Building.
