A-B Field Hockey's Play 4 the Cure Kicks Off Thursday

1. Play 4 the Cure: A-B field hockey's Play 4 the Cure to help fight breast cancer kicks off this Thursday afternoon, when the eighth- and seventh-grade squads take on Lexington's Diamond Middle School at Gates Elementary School. Click here for more info or to donate online.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Health Insurance Trust at RJ Grey Junior High School, the Acton/Acton-Boxborough School Committees' Policy Subcommittee at 12:30 p.m. at the junior high and the Water Resources Advisory Committee (WRAC) at 6:45 p.m. at the Water District.
3. Grand Simchat Torah Celebration: At 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 at the Acton-Concord Chabad Center, located at 148 Great Rd. Acton, will host a free Simchat Torah celebration featuring food, dancing and words of inspiration. Get the details here.
