Acton Fire to Offer Community First Aid Class

We've got five things you need to see, do and know on Oct. 16 in Acton.

1. Acton Fire Department to Offer Community CPR, AED and First Aid ClassClasses are now forming to offer CPR, AED & First Aide Classes to the community taught by Firefighters. The classes will be held at the Public Safety Facility and normally take two evenings to complete. Get the details here

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Oct. 16 include the Cable Advisory Committee at 7:30 p.m. and the Conservation Commission at 7:15 p.m.

5. Sunny Day, Showers Tonight: Should be mostly sunny today, with a high of 65, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts a chance of showers overnight and a low of 48.
