An Autumn Tree Walk, Meetings and More

We've got five things you need to see, do and know on Nov. 5 in Acton.

1. Autumn Tree WalkDrop by the Discovery Museums at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon to learn why the trees and hillsides change from shades of green to calico on an Autumn Tree Walk with educator Frank Meehan. Get the details here

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Nov. 6 include the Acton-Boxborugh Cultural Council at 7:30 p.m., the Board of Assessors at 6 p.m., the Conservation Commission at 7:15 p.m., the Design Review Board at 7:30 p.m. and the Morrison Farm Committee at 7:30 a.m.
