Artisan Fair at Voyagers, Aladdin Jr. Takes the Stage

1.  Crafts & Artisan Fair in Acton @ Voyagers, Inc: At 1 p.m. this Friday, Dec. 6 at 530 Main St., Voyagers will host an artisan and craft fair featuring original handcrafted and unique items made by homeschool family members of all ages. Get the details here. 

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Dec. 6 include the Open Space Committee at 7:30 a.m., the Acton-Boxborough Regional School District, Acton-Boxborough Transitional School Committee at 8:15 a.m. and the Acton-Boxborough Transitional School Committee's Superintendent Search Subcommittee at 4:30 p.m.

4. Disney's Aladdin Jr: Theatre with a Twist's Little Stars will put on their production of Disney's Aladdin Jr. this weekend at the Dragonfly Theatre at RJ Grey Jr. High in Acton. The Persian Monkey Cast's showtimes are 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 6 and 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 7. The Purple Peacock Cast takes the stage at 1:30 and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 and 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8. Get the details here. 

5. Rain Friday, Maybe Snow Overnight: A strong chance of rain today, with a high of 52, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts a chance of snow and sleet overnight as the low drops down to 31.
