Concord Could Buy Acton Land, Create a New Blue at the Discovery Museums

1. Make A MESS: Feeling Blue: Drop by the Discovery Museums at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4 and let the kids mix their own shade of blue as part of the Make a MESS (Math, Engineering, Science, & Stuff) program series. Get the details here. 

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Dec. 4 in Acton include the Conservation Commission at 7:15 p.m., and the Acton/Acton-Boxborough School Committees' Policy Subcommittee at 9 a.m.

4. Concord Town Meeting to Vote on Acton Land Acquisition: A special Town Meeting will convene at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 in Concord, and its warrant includes an articles seeking to purchase 6.5 acres of land off Knox Trail in Acton, which would be used for parking school buses and other school vehicles.
