Concord Could Buy Acton Land, Create a New Blue at the Discovery Museums
What you need to see, do and know on Dec. 4 in Acton.
1. Make A MESS: Feeling Blue: Drop by the Discovery Museums at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4 and let the kids mix their own shade of blue as part of the Make a MESS (Math, Engineering, Science, & Stuff) program series. Get the details here.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Dec. 4 in Acton include the Conservation Commission at 7:15 p.m., and the Acton/Acton-Boxborough School Committees' Policy Subcommittee at 9 a.m.

Concord Town Meeting to Vote on Acton Land Acquisition: A special Town Meeting will convene at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 in Concord, and its warrant includes an articles seeking to purchase 6.5 acres of land off Knox Trail in Acton, which would be used for parking school buses and other school vehicles. 5. Sunny Day, Could Rain Tonight: Should be mostly sunny today and warm, with a high of 45, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts possible showers overnight and a low of 32.
