It's Free Fun Friday at the Discovery Museums!
We've got five things you need to see, do and now on Aug. 30 in Acton.
1. Free Fun Friday: Both of the Discovery Museums in Acton will be open free admission all day until 8:30 p.m. tonight, thanks to Highland Street Foundation, which funds "Free Fun Fridays" at area cultural institutions. Donations for the Acton Food Pantry and Open Table of Concord and Maynard will be accepted. Get the details here.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, there are no public meetings posted for today.
3. ICYMI: In case you missed it, yesterday we shared a warning from the Acton Police Department about an alleged scam in which callers attempt to convince businesses their electrical service will be shut off. If you haven't yet, check it out.
