Oktoberfest 5K, a Superintendent Search and More

1. Oktoberfest 5K: You can register today for the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce's Oktoberfest 5K Road Race, to be held Sat. Oct. 5 -- first 250 registered will get string filled goodie bags and a T-shirt. Register at www.mwcoc.com or get more details here. 

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Sept. 24 include: the Acton Housing Authority at 4 p.m. at the Acton Housing Authority and the Finance Committee at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
