Atrius Health Appoints Leslie Teso-Lichtman to Board of Trustees

Newton, Mass. December 16, 2013 — Atrius Health, an alliance of six non-profit medical groups and a home health and hospice agency, announced that Leslie Teso-Lichtman has been appointed to its Board of Trustees.

 

“We are delighted to welcome Leslie Teso-Lichtman as an Atrius Health board member,” said Dr. Guy Spinelli, Chairman of the Atrius Health Board of Trustees. “Leslie has worked in various aspects of the healthcare industry including finance, accounting and business management, which will be valuable assets to our board.”

Teso-Lichtman is currently a senior vice president of finance and treasurer at Roche Diagnostics Hematology (formerly Constitution Medical Investors, Inc.), where she is responsible for finance and accounting, risk management, tax planning, and compliance for the Bloodhound Integrated Hematology System. Prior to this, she was the acting chief financial officer and treasurer at Cytyc Corporation. She also served as vice president of finance, treasurer and secretary at Matritech, Inc. Teso-Lichtman previously served as the chair of the audit and compliance committee for the Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Board of Trustees.

Teso-Lichtman received her BS from Daniel Webster College and her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a resident of Harvard, Mass.
