Tom has researched
addictions and mental health, working on developing a fully naturalistic model
of behavioral disorders. He is on the
cutting edge of science-based naturalism.
Tom believes that a naturalistic understanding of ourselves offers a
realistic, effective, and compassionate basis for holding each other
responsible which has progressive and humanistic implications for society and
