Free Smoke Detectors for Acton Senior Citizens



The Acton Fire Department is pleased to announce that we have started a FREE smoke detector program for our Acton Senior Citizens. The AFD is partnering with the Acton Council on Aging to install free battery operated smoke alarms and provide educational materials to elible seniors to keep them safe from fires in their homes. The Fire Department will provide and install the alarms upon request.
 
You Must be :

An Acton Resident 60 years of age or older

Live in a House built in 1975 or earlier

Have battery operated detectors in your house (not hardwired)
