Acton's Fourth of July fireworks show has been postponed to Saturday due to the threat of Hurricane Arthur.
The festivities will be held at Nara Park from 3 to 10 p.m. "Family fun time" starts at 3 p.m., followed by a Beatlejuice concert at 6:30 p.m. The fireworks show will be at dusk. Find more information here.
The show as originally supposed to be held Friday.
On Thursday, Hurricane Arthur was near North Carolina and could reach the coast of Massachusetts Friday night or Saturday morning. Many communities in New England have postponed fireworks shows to avoid the storm.
