What's Going On: Announcements You May Have Missed

Here's a smattering of local news from this past week.

  • Celebrate National Cookie Day with a Holiday Cookie Exchange

Gather your friends and family this year to share some of your favorite holiday treats with a cookie exchange. In honor of “National Cookie Day” on December 4, Taste of Home, the No. 1 food and entertaining magazine, has put together their top Holiday cookie recipes.

  • Lost cat

Our Ragdoll cat named Mocha is missing. She has the coloring of a siamese ... mostly white with darker ears, paws and tail. She is a longhair. She snuck out of the house on Wednesday evening around 6pm (11/28/12).  We live at the corner of Whittier Drive and Forest Road.

  • Jewish Meditation at Congregation Beth Elohim

Join Cantor Sarra for an evening of meditation on Tuesday evening, December 114h at 7:00.  Relax your mind and uplift your spirit! There is a suggested donation of $10.  For more information, email cantorsarra@bethelohim.org. All are welcome.

  • Theatre with a Twist December Workshop

Theatre with a Twist Inc. Musical Theatre & Drama Workshops Dec 26-28, 9AM-4PM daily. Registration is now open to Little Stars (K-Gr4) & Drama Club(Gr4-8). Our Summer counselors are back!!!! Join Weston Kulveti and Nick Radcliffe in this 3 day adventure of working on drama and musical theatre.
