Open Door Theater to Perform 'Working'
The musical will be performed March 28 through April 7.
Acton's Open Door Theater will perform the musical "Working" March 28 through April 7.
"Working" is an ensemble piece "staged as a string of vignettes with a common theme, celebrating the everyday hero and what it means to be a working American." It's based on a Studs Terkel book, with music by Steven Schwartz and James Taylor.
The Open Door Theater is a nonprofit that produces one large-scale show every year.
"Our organization is about bringing together a community of theater people who want to have fun and enjoy each other as we rehearse and perform," the group says.
