mass bjj has been a second home (sometimes a first :) for me. i have developed myself there from a young man, to an upstanding citizen. they have the finest instructors teaching the "gentle art" to kids all the way to adults. you are family there, no if's, ands or buts. they have everything you need for any level you may want to seek. come by and see for yourself. charles

I've been training here for almost five years and I recommend this school to anyone. No matter where you look, you will not find a better, more focused, and more knowledgeable group of instructors anywhere. They have a team that is truly focused on teaching their students. And for those of you that are holding back "until you're in better shape" or because "you don't want to get hurt", let me put both of those excuses to rest. When I first started training, I was definitely not in the best shape. Sure, when you start out, you get a little winded by the end of class. But in time, your body will adapt and rolling (free wrestling at the end of class) will take less of a toll on your system. You'll even start to look forward to it. And if you're worried about getting injured - don't. On top of everything, the mentality of everyone who trains at MassBJJ is great. The owners have done a great job of developing an culture of respect and learning which translates to an awesome experience on the mat for everyone. Anyway, stop reading this review and come out and train!
