Acton Law Firm Expands

The law firm of Acton based Bay State Elder Law announced today that it has opened a new office in Sudbury, located at 111 Boston Post Road.  The fast-growing elder law and estate planning firm adds this second location to its current office in Acton. 

Founded by a nurse attorney, Bay State Elder Law brings to Sudbury its deep experience representing seniors and their families in estate planning, Medicaid and long term care planning, probate, guardianship, special needs and disability planning, trust administration, and VA benefits. 

Principal Attorneys Cathleen Summers and Philip Summers are both 1980 graduates of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.  “We are very excited to open our second office to better serve our clients in our hometown,” said Attorney Cathleen Summers.  “We’ve had a remarkable year at Bay State Elder Law,” says Attorney Philip Summers, “I think when you work with us, you’ll see and appreciate the strength of a team with many years of experience and we look forward to bringing our knowledgeable attorneys and support staff to Sudbury.”
