Avison Young completes office lease transaction at Strawberry Hill Corporate Center in Boston

Boston, MA — Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that it has successfully brokered a 3,659-square-foot office lease at Strawberry Hill Corporate Center, located at 289 Great Road in Acton, Massachusetts.

Avison Young Principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, along with Bill Sullivan and Anne Flanagan, a Vice-President and Senior Account Manager, respectively, in the Boston office, represented the landlord, Campanelli. Tom Geagan, Jr. of Regional Consulting Group represented the tenant, Westchester Management.
