What's Going On: Announcements You May Have Missed

Here's a smattering of some of of the community bulletins uploaded to Patch in the past week.

  • LOST CAT IN ACTON

Yesterday (November 3, 2012), our beloved cat, Thoreau, went missing. We live on Silver Hill Road near Parker Street in Acton. He is a ruddy (brown ticked fur) Abyssinian, small (about 8 pounds), very friendly. He has no collar (it was lost). If anyone has spotted a small exotic looking brown cat, please call us at 978-263-3869. We are very worried about him and want him back home where he belongs. Thanks!

  • Eldridge Releases Statement on Re-Election

I am extremely pleased to announce that today I have been re-elected as your State Senator, representing the people of the Middlesex and Worcester district. It is hard to believe, but I have been running for re-election for over a year now, which makes my strong victory on Election Night even sweeter.

  • I Built These Walls

I Built These Walls When people ask “me what are you going to do when you retire?” , I simply say “yes”or “all of the above”…one thing that I have discovered is that one’s “Bucket List” gets longer and time gets shorter! I have loved my stay at J. Olson Jewelers.
