ACTON AND BOXBOROUGH DEMOCRATIC PICNIC OFFERS VOTERS A CHANCE TO MEET CANDIDATES IN GOVERNOR’S RACE 

ACTON – The Acton and Boxborough Democratic Town Committees are hosting their annual summer picnic on Sunday, September 15th. Candidates from up and down the ballot will be in attendance, including all four candidates for the gubernatorial election – Joe Avellone, Don Berwick, State Treasurer Steve Grossman and State Senator Dan Wolf.

We also expect Mike Lake, Lt. Governor candidate,  Congresswoman Niki Tsongas,  State Democratic Party Chair, John Walsh,  State Senator Barry Finegold, as well as Acton and Boxborough’s local Representatives Cory Atkins and Jen Benson and Senator Jamie Eldridge.
