The Maynard Farmers’ Market’s Chef’s Day Out series is a
chance for visitors to watch local chefs prepare dishes using the locally
produced, seasonal ingredients available that day from the Market's farmers and
producers. These events are great opportunities to get new cooking ideas and
talk with the chef. On July 20, join Chef Chris Basile starting at 10 am. Chef
Chris is the owner of Quarterdeck fish market in Maynard where he also teaching
cooking classes. The Market runs Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 1pm, rain or shine. For
