Learn to Make Authentic Italian Cannoli, Pizzelle and Tira Mi Su

Learn how to make cannoli shells from scratch and then fi ll them with traditional sweet ricotta.  The pizzelle recipe is a favorite, passed down from an Italian friend of my mother’s. I will share the world’s best tira mi su recipe that I have made for 20 years.  There is a $12 supplies fee, payable to the instructor at the class.  Participants should bring containers to take home leftovers.  Your instructor, Jacqueline Sullivan-Wyco was a professional chef for 25 years.
