HGRM Volunteer Orientation

HGRM (Household Goods Recycling of Massachusetts) needs volunteers! Come see what HGRM is all about. Volunteer orientations are being held on Wednesdays Jan. 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 12:30 - 2.

Volunteers are instrumental in accomplishing HGRM's mission of collecting gently used furniture and household goods and supplying them free of charge, in cooperation with community agencies, to people in need. Volunteers assist donors who come to drop off furniture and household goods, and they help families in need select furniture and household goods in HGRM's showroom (530 Main St., Acton). Volunteers also drive HGRM trucks to pick up donations, load and unload household goods, repair furniture, help with office work, PR, and fundraising.
