"Patriots' Day Spirit" at the Faulkner Homestead

Iron Work Farm presents Revolutionary War and Civil War re-enactments at the Faulkner Homestead in South Acton.  There will be Colonial crafts, cooking and games on the lawn, and Civil War re-enactors in the Faulkner woods.  Both North and South soldiers will stage a skirmish based on the 1864 Battle of the Wilderness.  (No guns will be discharged before 1:30). The 1707 Faulkner family home, the oldest house in Acton, will be open for tours.   Visit www.ironworkfarm.org for more information.
