Tea at the Tavern

Tea at
the Tavern, All Ladies and Girls invited (Gentlemen Welcome, too)

My dear friends,

you are cordially invited to attend a light tea and social etiquette
lesson

with Miss Janine and Miss Denise in the Parlor of Jones Tavern, 128 Main

Street, Acton on July 28, 2013,  from 3:00
to 5:00 PM.

There
are two tea seatings scheduled, at 3:15 PM and 4:15 PM;   your

reservations will be appreciated to insure a seat for you and your party.
Etiquette lessons address the social graces, including proper table service, and acknowledgements (as well as flirtations with handkerchief and fan). Costumes are encouraged (though not necessary) to blend into the mid- to late-19th Century, Civil War to Victorian era.
