Help a Local Family Get Back on Their Feet After a Devastating House Fire

Westford family was displaced by a house fire last Friday, Dec. 20.

A local family displaced by a pre-Christmas house fire has been the recipient of an outpouring of support in the days after the blaze.

Following a tragic fire last Friday on Beaver Brook Road in Westford, the Westford Fire Department put the call out for a variety of items that would help the family get back on their feet in the immediate aftermath. According to Westford Patch, the outpouring was so generous that some of the clothing items have actually been re-donated

Meanwhile, a GoFundMe campaign has popped up to raise money to get this family of five--including children ages 16, 12 and 9--back on their feet as they face the daunting task of rebuilding after the devastating fire.

According to the GoFundMe page, all of the money raised will go to the family into the Daily Family Fund, being set up at Northern Bank.
