City, Town, State and Federal offices and facilities: Closed. This includes schools, libraries and the Postal Service. Only emergency services are available.
Schools, city, town, state and federal offices, will remain closed on Friday, Nov. 29. Retailers, supermarkets, liquor stores and others who closed for Thanksgiving will reopen Friday, when the Postal Service will resume mail delivery, as well.
