Is Live Music Important to You?

Part of the mission of The Local Table is to feature talented local musicians - hopefully - to the delight of local residents. We introduced a Saturday Night Music Series in Fall 2013 with a line-up that included Bruce Marshall, Sawyer Lawson, Laura Poisson and Chuck Clough & The Butler Frogs.

Our Winter Series includes a new an Open Mike Guitar Night on Feb. 1st.  This is a chance for anyone with some chops on the guitar, or those who need to get comfortable performing to a welcoming audience, to play. You can come alone, you can bring friends or play with someone already there. You can play just one song or perhaps, more!

We now ask you, the community, how you feel about having a venue to enjoy and perform live music in Acton. We think there should be a gaggle of locals bumping into each other here every Saturday night! And, we'd like to see a great turnout for our Open Guitar Night to create a convivial place for musicians as well as the friends and family who support them.

What say you? Are you too tired after a busy week to get out or is live music becoming ho-hum? Is the draw of anything-you-want-to-watch On Demand just too great? Or is it cost prohibitive to go out?

Or, maybe, you just didn't know we were here?

We welcome your thoughts and also extend a welcome to you as our guest, or as a guitarist at our Open Mike Night!

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
