A Housebreak that Wasn't, Malicious Destruction and More from the Acton Police Log

The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A School Street resident notified the Acton Police Department on Nov. 15 about two male subjects with backpacks who were trying to enter a house through a window.

The barn-type house was near Fire Station 2.

When responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, it was determined the two males were brothers who live at the residence and forgot their keys while coming home from school.
