Acton Bowladrome Stabbing Case – Waiting for Surveillance Tapes

Acton Bowladrome surveillance tapes could play key role in case... if they worked.

Ryan Bedford, 23, Matthew Bedford, 20, and Hakeem Renelique, 22, stood in front of a Concord District Court Judge for their pretrial today, July 23, while their defense told the Judge that they filed for a motion to obtain surveillance footage at the Acton Bowladrome of Frank Dalli, 35, of Acton, on Wednesday, May 9, 2012. 

The prosecution said they have access to the surveillance tapes but the footage is unable to to play.

On May 16, Acton police officer, Dean Keeler, told the court the (which are believed only to be footage of the inside of the Bowladrome) and were unable to play the tapes because of technical issues.

It was unknown today in court if the tapes are still experiencing technical issues.

It does not appear that their are any surveillance cameras on the outside of the Acton Bowladrome.

The three suspects are do back in court on September 11, 2012.

Charges:

  • , 23, of 5 Ladyslipper Lane, Acton has is charged with attempted murder and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon (aggravated).
  • , 20, of 5 Ladyslipper Lane, Acton is charged with attempted murder, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon (aggravated), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle used in commission of a felony).
  • , 22, of 24 River Street, Acton, is charged with: Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon (aggravated), and attempted murder.
