Acton Gas Station Attendant Arrested for Sexual Assault

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

An Acton gas station clerk was arrested Monday on assault and battery charges after two teenaged girls reported he sexually assaulted them at the Gulf Express gas station on Main Street. 

According to the Acton Police Department, two female teens, ages 14 and 18, came into the station about 5 p.m. yesterday, Oct. 14, to report they were sexually assaulted by the gas station clerk. 

Detectives investigated, and as a result, Vinay K. Khurana, 34, of 18 Jacobs St, Wilmington, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and indecent assault and battery on a person over 14-years-old. 

Khurana was held at the Acton Police Department on $50,000 cash bail and brought to Concord District for arraignment Tuesday morning.
